Remote Package - Value Assessment

I. INTRODUCTION

This SOW outlines the activities related to the review of Customer’s Wrike account as further described herein, (the “Value Assessment”), which has been purchased through an applicable Order Form. The applicable Wrike Consultant (defined below) and Customer’s Project Team (defined below) will review and provide guidance on one mutually agreed-upon business process using a train-the-trainer approach as further described herein. All activities performed by the Consultant will be done remotely unless otherwise stated herein.

II. ROLES

To support Wrike’s collaborative process, Wrike expects Customer’s personnel identified below will be made available to collaborate with their Wrike counterparts throughout the Term of this SOW. Below is a breakdown of the key roles and responsibilities of each Party during the Deployment.

  1. Customer Personnel:
    1. Sponsor: The person(s) with authority to clarify why this project is being initiated, who is expected to participate, and within the highest applicable chain of command to ensure all escalations are promptly addressed. Additionally, the Sponsor may be called upon to encourage use of Customer’s Wrike account internally.
    2. Project Lead(s): Customer’s project lead(s) and primary point of contact for communications with the Consultant, coordination and facilitation of Customer personnel, calls, and meetings.
    3. Subject Matter Experts (SMEs): Customer’s representatives with whom the Wrike team may consult to learn about the Customer’s use of the Wrike system and relevant Customer processes at a detailed level, and/or understand the defining characteristics of the metrics to be visualized.
  2. Wrike Personnel:
    1. Professional Services Consultant (the “Consultant”): The primary point of contact for this SOW responsible for overseeing on-time execution of SOW activities and communicating changes to scope and timeline.

Value Assessment must start within thirty (30) days of Customer’s purchase. Value Assessment activities will expire sixty (60) days from Customer’s purchase of this package.

Pre-Session:

  • Provide supporting documentation to Wrike, including, but not limited to: access to Customer’s Wrike account, the desired business process to be reviewed by the Consultant, potential desired changes, and a list of questions or other action items Customer would like Wrike to address during Kickoff

  • Restatement of scope and purpose

  • Wrike will confirm or reject its acceptance of Customer’s business process to be reviewed
  • Begin creating a project schedule that will be managed by Customer with input from Wrike throughout the Value Assessment for the mutually agreed upon business process valuation

  • Provide any supporting documentation to the Consultant prior to session

In session:

  • Inform Wrike of the desired business process to be reviewed during the Discovery session(s) (described below)

Post Session:

  • Complete action items discussed during Kickoff prior to the session listed on the row immediately below
  • Identify Project Leads and/or SMEs responsible for completing the Customer action items described in this table and other resulting activities relevant to the Value Assessment

3. Discovery 1

  • In-depth review of the business process mutually agreed upon by the Parties
  • Identification any stakeholders that will be impacted by making a change in Wrike

Post-Session:

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis
  • Develop a communications plan and content to rollout applicable changes and other organizational impacts the any proposed deployment will have on affected stakeholders
  • Complete action items discussed

4. Discovery 2

* “Expected Effort” refers to time spent in meetings or workshops between Wrike and Customer teams. It does not account for time spent on preparation or follow-up actions for either team.

** The Wrike attendee for each session will be the Consultant, unless otherwise noted.

B. Out of Scope. The following items are out of scope for this SOW:  

  1. Integrations with other systems and Customer’s third-party partners, including but not limited to, importing/exporting to/from other systems;
  2. Configuration of Wrike Integrate and Wrike Analyze features and functionality;
  3. Additional or incremental Professional Services beyond what is included above; and
  4. The Wrike Subscription, Wrike Software, and Wrike Technology.
