The APM template aligns Agile, hybrid, and Waterfall projects with strategic objectives, using custom workflows, dashboards, and fields to streamline management and enhance visibility.
To get started, define your strategic objectives and key results, then create and prioritize your programs. To initiate a new project, use the Request a new project form to submit your project request for review.
When filling out the Request a new project form, you can choose your desired project framework. Once submitted, the selected project blueprint will be triggered automatically.
Use the built-in change request form to submit a new change request for PMO review, and track its status in the dashboard.
