Wrike Discover drives team adoption by delivering the power of practical learning with optimized onboarding
San Jose, Calif., August 26, 2020 – Wrike, the most versatile collaborative work management platform, was named a Gold winner for the Brandon Hall Group Excellence in Learning Award in the category of Best Customer Training Program. Wrike was recognized for Wrike Discover, its customer learning portal that houses on-demand courses geared toward helping users adopt Wrike while successfully implementing work management best practices.

Wrike Discover provides individuals with the training they need when they need it, the work management concepts that will help drive their efficiency, and software usage – a baseline metric used by both customers and Wrike to assess successful adoption and return-on-investment. Each Discover course is a combination of highly engaging video, knowledge checks, and interactive practical exercises where customers are led through specific actions in their actual Wrike account. Since launch, almost 19,000 customers have taken at least one Discover course, eliminating over 30,000 individual training sessions.
