More updates in fewer emails
The Activity Stream helps you easily glance at all the recent updates in a neat, chronological way. We’ve brought this same idea into the new email notifications as you can now check everyone’s contributions to a task in a single email!
All of the team updates made in the last five minutes are now gathered together – comments, attachments, and changes in the task description. The five-minute timespan was chosen because it provides a good balance between timely alerts and number of email notifications.
Save time reading the updates
With the new email notifications, we help you focus on updates that you most likely haven’t read yet. Thanks to the implementation of read tracking, Wrike now highlights in yellow the updates that you haven’t seen yet either in your workspace or in a previous email notification. So, if you’ve already seen a comment in Wrike, it won’t be highlighted in the following email notification.
