Wrike’s Work Intelligence® levels up again

When it comes to AI, Wrike is no new kid on the block. We’ve been pioneering machine learning in the world of work for more than a decade (long before everyone else), and it shows — our copilot for work management, next-gen analytics, Datahub, and generative AI have already transformed the way that 2.4 million people are working globally.

Even though we launched our groundbreaking Work Intelligence solution more than two years ago, not a day goes by that we don’t constantly improve our industry-leading features. The real magic happens in Wrike Labs, where we test new ideas and innovations before releasing them to our community.

The latest bundle of new features available includes two new developments that could make your life even easier:

  • AI-powered widget creation: Set up your new dashboard in seconds by having AI do the hard work of widget creation.
  • AI mass action: Automate filling single-select fields so you can apply changes across the board instantly.

Enable them now to start doing less and achieving more with the help of Wrike Work Intelligence.

New additions to our next-gen dashboards

This year saw the release of our most powerful dashboards yet, and they’ve been a resounding success, with 80% adoption in a matter of months. That doesn’t mean we’re resting on our laurels, though. Our teams are continually working to make them even better, with a series of improvements including:

  • Text and link widgets: Set up a great-looking entry point to a project, space, another dashboard, or a request form in a few simple clicks.
  • New note widget: Add contextual information, usage instructions, or other relevant information. Personalize with colors and icons to make these notes stand out.
  • Label toggle: Turn data labels on charts on or off, depending on your preference. You can now also set the desired precision.
  • Project task structure: View the full hierarchy of tasks in a table, including parent projects and their attributes and custom fields.

Calendars just got even smarter

For all the fancy features and high-tech tools that Wrike offers, the humble calendar often does the most work. It’s how we plan projects, coordinate schedules, and keep track of deadlines.

Of course, that’s the simple view — in reality, Wrike’s cloud-based calendars are powered by advanced developments that make them indispensable to 20,000 organizations worldwide. These include real-time updates, smart filtering, and extended resource management tools.

Our latest innovation allows you to elevate your calendars with customizable fields for tailored views and previews. This means you can:

  • Customize your calendar: Configure a set of custom fields that matter most to you.
  • Access info at a glance: View custom fields and their values directly on calendar preview cards.
  • Edit with ease: Modify system fields like assignee and location, as well as custom fields, right from the calendar.

New themes available for personalized workspaces

Do you like a fresh, bright screen or a dark, contrasting view? As a group, it seems that mobile phone users are pretty split on this: A recent survey by the Nielsen Norman Group found that roughly one-third use dark mode, one-third use light mode, and one-third use a combination of both.

Whatever your preference, Wrike has the solution for you. We’ve now made dark mode available for all workspaces, offering potential benefits such as:

  • Reduced eye strain
  • Extended battery life
  • Improved visibility for certain users

Fancy something a little different? We’ve got that covered too, with two brand new themes:

  1. Monochrome: Create a serene and color-neutral environment that puts the focus on your work.
  2. Flamingo: Add a splash of hot pink to your workspace, brightening up those dull winter days.
