If you’re like our team, we’re excited about a fresh start in 2021 and rejuvenated to make this the best year yet. As we begin the new year, we reminisced about some 2020 milestones, most of which are summarized in the end of year wrap up post. Now that we’ve turned the page, we’d be remiss if we didn’t acknowledge one more accolade to close out last year, this time from the business software review site, GetApp.
GetApp released its annual Category Leaders Year-End Report and recognized Wrike as a leader in multiple product markets, including strategic planning and product management:
(Category Leaders constitute the subjective opinions of individual end-user reviews, ratings, and data applied against a documented methodology; they neither represent the views of nor constitute an endorsement by GetApp or its affiliates.)
Also of note, Wrike has an overall 4.2-star rating, 85% of users have given a positive review, and 94% would recommend Wrike to others.
How the product leaders earned their status
To compile the list of the most valuable products in 2020, GetApp focused on horizontal market clusters containing categories used by organizations in most — if not all — industries.
From there, the GetApp team turned to their Category Leaders reports that rank hundreds of software categories to reveal the top products based on user ratings. Then, they analyzed the reports for all related software categories within each cluster and identified the products that appeared in the most reports throughout the year. Finally, they narrowed the list by selecting only the products that appeared in five or more Category Leaders reports in 2020.
What customers say about Wrike
Check out this review from Mike Haney, who works for an education management company with hundreds of employees, and has used Wrike for over three years:
“This has been a fantastic addition to our Projects Division toolkits, and has been integral in the success of several projects we have run via Wrike. Without this tool, we would not have been able to properly organize all of the steps and milestones, and undoubtedly would not have had such success with each project we completed.
We were looking for a full project management suite and our PM was focused on a robust tool that met all of the PM standards and requirements. As we reviewed various software suites we found that although many met our needs, they were very difficult to use and understand for non-project oriented staff; this was critical for us since many staff are required to interact with the Projects Division as part of their stakeholder and SME roles. We were very happy to see Wrike had a friendly and very usable interface that non-PM focused users could interact with easily.”
