- HR teams commonly send onboarding documents to new hires when they join, and are also responsible for processing leave applications when an employee wants some time off.
- Finance teams have documentation to process for invoice approvals, purchase orders, and expense claims.
- Legal teams need to maintain certain documents to comply with GDPR and similar regulations, in case of an audit. They’re also responsible for drafting contracts.
- Manufacturing teams are responsible for onboarding new vendors and for putting products through a documented quality assurance process.
