If we had to summarize 2023 in one word, it would be efficiency. With an economic recession looming and a nationwide tightening of consumer purse strings, organizational spending has been placed firmly under the spotlight. There is increasing pressure to demonstrate ROI, meaning organizations have been forced to rethink their tech stack investments and consolidate their tools. Teams across every industry have been asked to do more with less.
Our own research shows that 77% of organizations are prioritizing efficiency this year and 62% of business leaders believe using a collaborative work management platform as a single source of truth would help them deliver business outcomes faster.
That’s where Wrike comes in. Recognized by Forrester as a Leader in collaborative work management tools, Wrike is the all-in-one platform for boosting visibility and productivity across your organization. It has been proven to help users save time and take back control of their day-to-day workflows. And we have the data to back it up.

What is the Collaborative Work Management Index?
Glad you asked! The Collaborative Work Management Index is a value benchmarking and maturity assessment that Wrike prepares for customers. In this assessment, we ask customers a number of qualitative questions to determine which areas of the Wrike platform provide them the most value. That way, they understand how their team benefits from our collaborative work management solution.
Over the past year, we gathered feedback from 915 customers who work across diverse departments such as PMO, marketing, professional services, IT, and more. Their job levels ranged from individual contributor to executive, helping us get a comprehensive look at how an entire organization can maximize efficiency with Wrike.
Here’s what we found out.
What our customers say
The key areas where Wrike can save you time are gathering info and requesting updates, according to 77% of respondents, with 68% adding that they also cut hours on emails — a notorious time suck for every type of organization. A notable case study is Sony Pictures Television, which saw a whopping 90% reduction in emails thanks to the use of Wrike’s proofing feature.
When asked which area best described the value of Wrike to their organization, 66% said improved visibility into work, with 57% selecting improved standardization of work practices and 55% opting for improved collaboration and communication. Workflow automation is instrumental here, as stakeholders can get real-time status updates on a task or project without asking a team member or scheduling an unnecessary meeting.
As for why they use Wrike, the majority of participants said it helped them perform their job responsibilities (56%) and gave them visibility into progress and bottlenecks (53%). Wrike’s dashboards offer a clear view of multiple projects at a glance, so a manager can easily keep track of their entire team’s work. A prime example here is Kalexius, a Wrike customer specializing in legal services, which was able to cut time spent in status meetings in half and still maintain 360° visibility on work across the firm.
Almost half of our participants agreed that this overall statement best reflects what’s changed for them since using Wrike: “It’s clearer now for me to know what I need to do and by when.”
The stats don’t lie. If you need an easy-to-use work management solution that saves time, boosts efficiency, and lets you know what you need to do (and when you need to do it), you need Wrike.
