Ever receive a comment on a Wrike task and wonder: "Who is this person? Which department is he in?" Clicking on the user's name gives you a popup showing the user's full name, email address, and enlarged photo. Now, you can gather even more info with our enhanced User Business Cards so you know exactly who you're working with.
Every new user profile has three extra information fields for: telephone number, geographical location, and job title. They give you a more complete picture of who the user is in your organization. It also makes it easier to pick up the phone and call your colleague to say: "Great job on that deliverable!"
User Business Cards appear when your cursor hovers over a profile photo or username. It's one more way to bring your team members closer together so they can collaborate smoothly.
What to Do: 1. Go to your profile. 2. Fill in the new fields: telephone number, location, and job title. 3. Click "save changes" and you're good to go.
Collaborators and external users won't have access to the new business cards fields so your contact info stays internal.
