For the second year in a row, Wrike lands on G2’s 2020 Best of Software list! This time around we secured spots on G2’s list for “Project Management Tool,” “Best Remote Tools,” and “HR Products”:
As 2021 charges ahead, your team may be returning to the office soon or having discussions about what changes will happen during the Next Normal. Will remote work still be an option? Will office kitchen happy hours be a thing? How will your tech stack change? As the marketing leader evaluating your tech stack, it can be daunting to start researching new technology from scratch.
During the evaluation process, it’s quite common to turn to a variety of sources in search of testimonials, proof points, and data. Often your first source of information is to ask around your network for recommendations. Another easy go-to are case studies, yet these may not reveal the complete story of a customer’s experience. Third-party reviews, like those on G2 (formerly known as G2 Crowd), are often more helpful in evaluating software because they detail what customers enjoy, what can be improved, and what business problems are being solved.

Sample customer reviews
There’s a reason word-of-mouth is the most trusted form of advertising. It works because it’s honest, and it works best when the recommender is trusted. Nothing moves another to purchase better than a glowing customer review.
Here’s a sample Wrike review on G2:
Best project management system
The reason we purchased Wrike is because of its Project Tree capability. We love it since we’re able to arrange our work easily. The mobile app is very handy since we’re able to operate and access it from just about anywhere. The cloud backup has many features, like a taskbar and an overview, which we’re able to browse in various groups and teams. Another big benefit we’ve realized is that we can establish deadlines at the beginning of tasks, so our team understands how much time is allotted for each task and whether the effort will be extensive or if enough time is given to finish the task.
There’s not much to dislike because it appears to function as the very best software program, which may be incorporated in a project management formula since it will make almost everything better and has all of the resources required to handle each task.
And one more review:
An easy-to-use, multifunctional tool
The platform is very comprehensive and easy to operate, though it may be also effective for a little company or team that doesn’t have too many multifunctional commands. With Wrike, we've increased communication because at times, two teammates would do similar work incorrectly due to terrible communication. Now, we have a complete understanding of every task along with subtasks so it doesn't occur again.
