We’ve even added new features based on customer feedback. Because customer input is so important to us, we’re honored to receive two G2 Best of Software 2020 awards. Similar to The People’s Choice Awards for tech companies, G2’s Best of Software Awards rank the world’s best software companies and products based on authentic, timely reviews from real users. Tech companies on the list have proven their commitment and value based on hundreds, if not thousands of verified reviews.
G2’s unique algorithm uses customer reviews posted both on its site as well as social media, focusing on the number and quality of reviews as well as overall customer satisfaction. The Awards are based on reviews written and published between January 1, 2019, and March 3, 2020. Each review is vetted by a real person to ensure legitimacy.
As Geodard Abel, CEO of G2, explains, “This isn’t a subjective list based on a few peoples’ opinions. With the highest traffic and engagement, largest selection of product and services, and highest quality data, G2 analyzes more than 4 million data points to determine which products and companies make the list.”
